This includes:

2 x per week cleaning service (Fall/Winter 1 x per week)

1 x per week clean towels (3 p.p.)

1 x per week clean linen

1 x per week (at least) pool maintenance

1 x per week gardener

Gas, Electricity, Water and Firewood

Arrival (as from around 14.00hrs) and departure (latest around 10.00 hrs) only on Saturdays. The security deposit, to be paid together with the second instalment is Euro 225,=

When you have decided to enjoy your holidays at Vila Maria, a seperate bookings-agreement will be drafted. Upon booking, said deposit and 50% of the amount needs to be paid. The remaining part of the amount is due ultimately two months before the start of the usage period.
